2. Connect Sellers to thousands of potential buyers. Sellers can either sell: a) through a listing with us, b) be instantly connected to 2,400+ carefully selected agents who will publicise it amongst many thousands of potential buyers, or c) sell privately through our official partners.

Team3. Coordinate the entire process with our approved participating network of agents, lawyers, notaries, architects, builders, developers, financiers – as and when required.

Facts about Estate Agencies in Spain.

As of June 2024 there were 25,426 officially licensed Estate Agencies (Realtors) in Spain. Approximately 138,000 people acting as “agents” in various capacities. Unfortunately many of these are not licensed (30,000+), with even more simply riding the internet bandwagon. We only associate with those who are properly qualified.

The number of Residential Sales in Spain.

The number of residential sales in Spain in 2008 was 774,446. In 2022 it was 647,265, which represents a decrease of 127,181. That´s a lot! However this year, the numbers have increased. We will publish the latest stats as soon as they are released.

According to The Olive Press, a leading English speaking Newspaper, it is the British who are topping the charts of buying Homes in Spain this year. Being partly British ex-pats ourselves we are quite excited about that 🙂

¹ The Chartered Management Institute, formerly The British Institute of Management was established in 1948, today with a Royal Charter and acknowledged globally. Our CEO, Anthony Black was admitted to the Institute as the youngest member in 1991. Other partners are also members and carry the initials CMgr. 

² We don´t “sell” properties ourselves, our carefully selected and licensed Spanish ´partners´ do. We are Consultants, deliberately not “agents” in order to retain our non-bias and independence. Our direct team members are either Spanish citizens or Residents. However, technically and legally our services are rendered from Nottingham UK, and Phoenix Arizona. 

³ To network with us an Agency is required to: a) be officially licensed to sell Homes in Spain. b) have a proven track record for more than two years. c) provide exceptional references from clients they have served.  It is also preferable to meet in person with a member of our team wherever possible.
